Besides dial-up, what other communication options does your terminal support?
In addition to dial-up communications, Triton supports TCP/IP (on Ethernet LAN), Wireless (CDMA, GPRS, Radiopad and VSAT), SNA/SDLC, and Bisync.


Triton products are currently supporting what countries?
Triton ATMs can be found across the globe in countries such as, Australia, Barbados, Canada, China, Columbia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Guatemala, India, Ireland, Jamaica, Mexico, New Zealand, Panama, Africa, United Kingdom, and USA.


What standards do Triton ATMs comply with at this time?
Triton products meet standards set for Triples DES, ADA, Visa EPP, EMV Type I/II, and DDA compliance. These standards will vary by region and product.


What agency certifications do Triton products receive?
All Triton ATMs receive, UL 291 Safety and Security (United States), FCC (United States), CE (European Union), CSA (Canada) and ATICK (Australia) certifications.


How does Triton support its products outside the US?
Triton markets and supports its products through local value added distributors. These distributors, known collectively as Triton International Partners, provide all the required services to meet the needs of our customers including: sales, repair and other locally required services.

What message formats does Triton support?
Triton supports Triton Standard on all retail Triton ATMs. In addition, Triton supports Diebold 912 via Prism software, available only on Triton XP products.


Does Triton support a multi-vendor software solution?
Yes. Triton's Prism software package is built atop industry standard XFS interface, enabling the same application to run on any Windows-capable ATM.


Does Triton's software support third party application extensions?
Yes. Triton's Prism software package has web functionality built-in, allowing control of user interactions at the ATM, providing the users with rich, interactive, branded content.
